DMCA / Copyright Policy & Takedown Requests

GlobePulseTV respects intellectual property rights and acts promptly upon receiving valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) removal notices.

Platform Operating Disclaimer

“GlobePulseTV does not host, broadcast, or re-transmit any media content. All stream URLs are aggregated from publicly accessible index sources. Copyright owners may request stream removal via dmca@globepulsetv.com.”

1. Aggregation & Neutral Carrier Architecture

GlobePulseTV operates strictly as an open-source media feed indexer and stream player interface. Our platform does not own, record, store, or re-broadcast any of the live HLS stream manifests accessible through the directory. All metadata and stream endpoints are gathered from public domain sources and global IPTV index repositories.

2. High-Risk Category Filtering & Automated Blocklist

To prevent copyright infringement, GlobePulseTV maintains strict repository sanitization filters during database seeding:

  • Exclusion of high-risk commercial categories (e.g. premium sports events, paid cable channels, and copyrighted movie streams).
  • Inclusion of public domain broadcasts, state news, regional municipal programming, and free-to-air feeds.
  • Instant automated suppression of streams listed on official IPTV blocklist registers.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent representing a copyright owner, and you believe a stream indexed on GlobePulseTV infringes your copyright, please send a formal DMCA notice to:

dmca@globepulsetv.com

Your notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The specific Channel ID or Stream URL indexed on GlobePulseTV that you request to be removed.
  • Your contact information (name, company, physical address, phone number, and email).
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.

Response Time & Action Protocol

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA request, our administrative team uses internal block triggers (PATCH /api/admin/channels/block) to instantly mask and suppress the stream URL across all API endpoints within 24 hours.
