1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the GlobePulse TV website, web application, API, or any related applications (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and purchase a subscription. By creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (including a valid email address).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and session access.
• You agree to notify GlobePulse TV immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• You may not transfer, resell, or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Free vs. Premium Access

GlobePulse TV offers both Free and Premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Provides access to public domain, regional, and open broadcast channels within supported geographic boundaries, subject to bandwidth and catalog limits.
• Premium Tier: Provides enhanced functionality including access to additional international channels where available, high-bitrate stream proxying, multi-view streaming, advanced search and country filtering, and priority playback infrastructure.

4. Subscription Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd).

• Merchant of Record: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on GlobePulse TV. Paddle handles payment processing, billing inquiries, tax compliance (including VAT/sales tax), and customer returns.
• Recurring Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each renewal billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payment Methods: Paddle accepts major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods as made available at checkout.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Cycle Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription renewal at any time directly through your GlobePulse TV Account Settings (Account Settings) or via the Paddle subscription management link provided in your transaction receipts.

6. Pricing & Plan Modifications

GlobePulse TV reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing, tiers, or features. In the event of a recurring subscription price change, existing active subscribers will receive advance notice via email prior to the price adjustment taking effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes agreement to the updated price.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Misuse

You agree to use GlobePulse TV strictly for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or programmatically extract channel streams, playlists, or database records without express written authorization.
• Re-broadcast, redistribute, publicly perform, commercially syndicate, or mirror stream proxy URLs.
• Attempt to circumvent geo-blocking controls, stream authentication tokens, rate limits, or paywall restrictions.
• Engage in any activity that overburdens, damages, or impairs our server infrastructure or upstream broadcaster media servers.
• Upload malicious code, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to platform accounts or databases.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

GlobePulse TV reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice or refund if we detect fraudulent activity, payment chargebacks, abuse of stream proxy servers, or violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time via Account Settings.

9. Service Availability & Third-Party Streaming Feeds

GlobePulse provides access to channels and streams that are made available through authorized, public, third-party, or otherwise permitted sources where applicable.

• Upstream Origin Variability: Because broadcast streams originate from external media servers, satellite feeds, and third-party content providers, individual channels or streams may become temporarily or permanently unavailable, experience latency, or change broadcast formats without prior notice.
• Maintenance & Availability: We work to maintain platform availability, but do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every indexed stream will remain online indefinitely.
• Catalog Updates: GlobePulse TV routinely audits, verifies, and updates channel stream health, and reserves the right to remove broken or inactive streams.

10. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

The GlobePulse TV website, logos, brand assets, software code, UI designs, and aggregation technology are the proprietary property of GlobePulse TV. Third-party channel logos, brand names, and broadcast content belong to their respective copyright holders.

11. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLOBEPULSE TV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE BROADCAST FEEDS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GlobePulse TV, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service or third-party stream feeds. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to GlobePulse TV in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing consumer protection and commercial laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
